Job Title: Business Development Intern – Inside Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern – Inside Sales to join our team in Bangalore. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management within the IT services industry. Candidates with prior experience or knowledge of IT services will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively pitch IT services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales data and reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow up on discussions to drive conversions.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales, business development, and client engagement.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
