Job Description:

INI8 Labs is seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, IT services sales, international sales, and experience working with data analytics, software development, DevOps, and related services. You will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-value B2B leads through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in the IT services sector and create a database of prospects and target customers with complete contact information.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate conversations, conduct discovery calls, and understand client pain points to present relevant IT service solutions.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Proposal & Pitching: Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics, software development, and DevOps to effectively position company offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, IT service sales, and international sales.
  • Proven experience in selling services related to Data Analytics, Software Development, and DevOps.
  • Prior experience working in a startup is a plus.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
